Congratulations to Michelle Horton. Ms. Horton is this year’s recipient of the NOVA Southeastern University Fischler School of Education and Human Services Grant Award. The award is offered in cooperation with AFC and NOVA Southeastern University for AFC members pursuing a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership. Ms. Horton currently serves as the Director for the South Santa Rosa Center at Pensacola State College. In that capacity she provides oversight to the Center’s operations and promotes the college mission through her leadership and collaboration with colleagues. Congratulations Michelle.
